Palm wine is a natural sap extracted alcoholic beverage, known by various names across the planet, produced using the sap of different types of palm trees.

The sap is normally separated from the tallest segments of the plant where little youngsters from towns called tappers move to gather it. The sap is gathered and left to age with the yeast present noticeable all around.
